Venue Search

We only use venues that conform to our very high standards in cleanliness, health and safety, and service. Using your brief we will know the atmosphere you are trying to create and the size of your wedding party. With our local industry knowledge we will find the perfect venue for you. We will supply you with two or three venues to choose from, with a rundown of the services they provide. £95

Supplier Search

This runs in much the same way as the venue search; with your brief we will find you up to three suppliers that meet our high standards. £45 per search

Wedding Planning and Civil Partnerships

A free consultation is offered so that you can see what we can do for you before you commit yourself. this package covers all areas including design, budget setting and management, RSVP management, advice on etiquette and tradition, online wedding detail hosting, ( give your guests a web address and password with their invitation and they can view directions, your gift list, hotel arrangements or anything you want them to without you having to organize it or send out lots of paperwork.) guest assistance,( help with transporting your guests to the region, help with hotel accommodation, and transfers) wedding insurance, venue and supplier sourcing, booking and management, venue decoration and dressing, (unusual and original ideas no problem) your wedding planner will manage your wedding related diary, keeping you informed of any meeting you may wish to attend (your planner will attend with you or in place of you if desired) and up to date with all payments you need to make, leaving you free to enjoy the time leading up to the wedding safe in the knowledge nothing has been over looked. Table and seating planning, on the day co-ordination, (liaising with the venue and suppliers, helping to direct your guests for the photographer) so you can relax and enjoy your day with your loved ones and friends. After wedding management including the return of any hired items, guest assistance, (homeward bound) venue handover, so you can leave for you honeymoon with the minimum of fuss, your wedding planner can be available upon your return from honeymoon to meet with you and your photographer, should you want it. 20% of wedding budget minimum £2,000

Wedding Co-ordination

This service is best for you if you only require a little assistance, maybe you want an on the day co-ordinator but want to plan the rest yourself. Two months before the wedding your wedding planner will check all your supplier and venue bookings, go through her own check list to make sure nothing has been over looked and assist with the last minute details. Then on the day she will manage the wedding party and liaise with the venue and suppliers to ensure everything runs as it should, she will be on hand for a minimum of 6 hours on the day and unlimited phone and email support. £350-£550.

Advice and Planning per hour

Having problems trying to decide where to sit Grandma? Several dozen RSVP's outstanding? What are the duties of a Best Man? People coming from out of town? Perhaps you need a wedding planner to perform a couple of duties or to accompany you to meet a supplier. Working with you a wedding planner can have a large seating and table plan completed in less than three hours. £35 Per Hour

Co-ordination for Venues

Julia is available for hire by venues; she will give your clients a superior service, unlike anything offered by your competitors. She will liaise with all suppliers to ensure YOUR clients have the same experience as her own. By offering this service you can save your clients thousands of pounds. £400 per event with discounts for multiple bookings in the same calendar year.

Corporate Events

Product launches, group seminars, training days and events - even the office Christmas party. All aspects of your event can be managed by Julia, given the brief she will put together an event that will 'wow' and be remembered. 10% of budget, minimum £800

Special Occasions

With her knowledge, experience and organisational skills Julia can arrange any special event or celebration, She can help with Christenings, emigrations, engagements, naming ceremonies, blessings, commitment ceremonies, retirements, wedding anniversaries, you name it! These are flexible and are charged either by the hour or as a percentage, remember a free consultation is on offer where a quote can be given.
